Happenings around lately.

Have not been raiding recently in WoW due to people not turning up. Its quite dishearting to acutally continue to come on time everynight and trying to get a proper raid going to down bosses. Being a guild officer is so not fun and how many people acutally appreciates you leading the guild?

I think reasons being:

1) 7 core raiders have left the guild due to internal conflicts.
2) Other core raiders are sick of doing the same old content over and over again as progression cannot be continued due to the lack of skills + classes.

Now i'm starting to understand why most end game guilds have this in their recruitment threads:

All players are required to know their class well

It due to this that end game guilds are able to finish all the bosses in WoW. You need to know your own class well in order to survive better in fights and DPS better in fights too. With sub-par skills, the guild can never progress if people starts to die within 2 mins into the boss fight.

I'm starting to think if i should continuing even playing WoW when WoTLK comes out. Its like replaying the drama all over again rather than trying out the new stuffs Blizzard added in.

WoW has gotten too tiring for me to play, much less leading the guild.

WAR IS EVERYWHERE!

I've joined a WAR guild in the mist of quitting WoW and jumping onto the Warhammer bandwagon. I'm more of a PvPer than a PvEr.

This guild i'm in now, i must say that the management of this guild is very similiar to how i run my guild in WoW. I can forsee the heights and lengths on how this guild will go and ending up as a top guild.

But nevertheless Warhammer is yet to go live, we do not know if there will be dramas happening in this game which i hope it doesn't even happen. Sucks to be any guild who reaches rank 40 and getting disbanded just because of dramas.
